Tour Doesn't Play

First, check an make sure your Locations Services are enabled for the app in Settings. Second, make sure you have downloaded the correct tour and for the direction you are traveling. Third, are you stuck in traffic? You may need to travel a little farther down the road for the next chapter to begin.

Tour Played But Stopped

Make sure you have the right tour for the direction you are traveling. If it played and stopped, you may have to travel a little farther down the road for the next chapter to begin. Everyone drives at different speeds, so we use music as a buffer. If the music runs out, expect dead air until reach the next GPS coordinates of the next chapter.

Bluetooth Won't Connect

This is a tough one for us because it's the connection of your device to the audio player, not our app. Try connecting to the vehicle via cord/usb. Also try reconnecting your Bluetooth. If it plays from your favorite music player, it should work for the app.
